Sissy Sonnleitner is one of the most outstanding cooks in Austria. When tourism started changing in the 70’s, Sissy and Kurt Sonnleitner had to look around for alternatives to their previous classical inn concept. The idea to start a cooking seminar was born and the Sonnleitner country house became an intertwinement of local flavours with heavy influences from Italy and the entire Alpa-Adria region. Sissy and her daughter Stefanie started an online cooking seminar, where they share their knowledge and love for authentic cuisine with ordinary food lovers like us.
