Sava Center, the largest Serbian congressional, cultural and business center, will on October 26-29 host the 13th World Congress of Perinatal Medicine (WCPM).

WCPM, the biggest medical congress in the World, will gather around 2000 prominent experts from 40 different countries. The specialists from fields of gynecology, neonatology, pediatrics, anesthesia, children’s surgery, cardiology, pathology, and genetics will discuss numerous themes related to the health of women, mothers, and children. The congress will also include panels focused on Serbia and other countries from the region.

Belgrade’s mayor, Saša Mali, emphasized that the Congress is not just an honor for Serbian medical doctors and profession in general, but it is a proof that Belgrade is taking the primary position in the congress tourism. Mr.Mali stated that congress tourism builds a fundament of Belgrade’s tourism for the congress season lasts through the whole year. Belgrade is standing as one of the World’s top congress destinations on the rise also on the grounds of offering more than 40 direct flights to World’s destinations, a large number of major chained-brand hotels, rich cultural and historical offer, and renowned hospitality.
