The FRESH conference is the first and only annual, international conference focused exclusively on meeting design. FRESH is known for its innovation and experimentation around meeting formats, techniques, tools and technology. In 2017 FRESH became a Multi-Hub conference. For the first-time meeting professionals could experience the conference in one of five cities. The High-tech, all-to-all two-day event provided some magical moments and initiated a connection between long distance groups.

Approaching its sixth year, The Global Pharmaceutical and Medical Meetings Summit convenes senior meeting management professionals from the life sciences, medical, and health care industries for empowering ROI-driven conversations, peer-to-peer knowledge exchange, shared best practices, and networking. The Summit remains committed to a 1:1 ratio of meeting management professionals to solution providers.

Two conferences across the Atlantic

In 2018 FRESH will once again be in 4 locations, but this time they are pushing the envelope even further. For one hour one conference will become two. Two Conferences Connected, is the joining together of two conferences across the Atlantic: One in the USA and one in Europe. Two organisers. Two audiences. Mutual interests and topics.

This is no fairytale. This is history in the making. The FRESH conference will cross international borders and unite meeting professionals from various industries and sectors. For one hour, they will connect the 300 participants at the Global Pharmaceutical and Medical Meetings Summit in Philadelphia to FRESH; doubling the number of participants.

This is a first for the meeting industry. With our high-density connection, the experience – presentations, Q&A, discussion and debate – will be as if all attendees were in the same room. Difficult to get your head around it and perhaps hard to imagine, but easy to grasp when you can experience it as a participant. We welcome you to join us in one of the 5 hubs.
