Between 28th and 30th of November 2017, the »Slovenia Meetings« community of meetings and tourism industry will present to the global market of business meetings and incentives at the IBTM World. The record number of 17 domestic providers of meetings industry and incentives will be presented in Barcelona under the patronage of the Slovenian Tourist Board and Slovenian Convention Bureau.
At the trade show, Slovenia will present itself as an interesting destination for various business meetings, events and incentive programmes. On the first day of the IBTM World, on November 28th, at 12.20 pm, a social event and official award ceremony for the best ice-cream destination in the world will be held at the Slovene stand, bestowed by the renowned Irish agency SoolNua. In addition to the award ceremony, meetings and group presentations, a photo animation will be held on the Slovenian stand i20 through all days of IBTM World, which some already know from this year’s Slovenia’s performance at IMEX and Frankfurt.
The Slovenian Convention Bureau will be attending a number of professional and social events, such as Associations Connect 2017. Participation in such events enables professional improvement, networking with potential clients, establishing new contacts and strengthening of existing business relations.
