Baltic Event Awards is the first Award created for the entire Baltic Sea Region. It is an innovation-driven Award for event professionals, meeting planners, promoters, and live communication professionals.
This is a great showcasing platform of events from event agencies and professionals of the industry and the only full-scale international project, whose goal is to develop and promote the live communications industry of the Baltic Sea Region.
The jury system is constructed in a special way: there are few key blocks consisting of professionals in their fields. They judge only their part of the event where they have the most competence.

As for the agenda, the BEA ceremony will take place for the first time in the framework of the Baltic For Events forum.
Participants will be able to fill in the application form before 05/04.From 05/04 until 12/04 judges vote, observe the projects and leave comments. And on the 19/04 after the first day of the forum, we will have a ceremony where every participant can attend for free.
As for the prizes, there is a free delegate pass to the BEA World Festival for the Grand Prix and the eternal respect of colleagues for other winners.
