The new director of the Regent Porto Montenegro hotel with a 19-year-long work experience in the hospitality industry and with the knowledge and professional references that he gained in numerous luxury hotels in the world, who are also members of respectable catering organizations like Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) and Althof Hotel Collection.
During his career, Kai Dieckmann crossed the road from his native Germany through France, Great Britain, Switzerland, all the way to Thailand. He began his work in the hospitality industry in prestigious Baden Baden, where he went from the reception to the operational sector. In Thailand, he was the executive vice-president of a prestigious portfolio. The path to the Regent Porto Montenegro Hotel led him from Barbados, where he served as hotel manager at Sandy Lane Hotel.
