Since 1998, TÜV Rheinland has been successfully certifying all process sequences of the agency for events and live marketing VOK DAMS in accordance with DIN ISO 9001. Thus, the 20th anniversary was once again characterized by the quality management implemented in practice and VOK DAMS has been tested and certified this year in accordance with the updated standard ISO 9001: 2015.
For VOK DAMS it is important that the updates of the internal QM system are constantly checked by quality experts. The permanent exploration of optimization potentials and the subsequent process optimization gives customers security and creates trust.
Especially with the implementation of the VOK DAMS agile event management paid off this procedure. Already 76% of the processes were agile, an excellent basis for the implementation of the new working methodology.
Andre Maschke, auditor of TÜV Rheinland Industrie Service GmbH, has been a consistent participant for 20 years. His conclusion: “What impressed me most during the 20 years of cooperation is the ability of the company to continuously work on the optimization of its quality management and to tap potential for improvement.”
