The 14th Best Event Awards and the 2nd Best Location Awards are now open for entries. The two initiatives, aiming at promoting excellence in events and live communication, and at celebrating the best venues and destinations for events, will be at the heart of Bea World Festival, the essential meeting place and networking event for the international event community.
The upcoming edition of Bea World Festival will take place in Milan, Italy, from 27 to 30 November within the Live Communication Week, a new format launched by ADC Group, that will host both the Bea World Festival and Bea Italy Festival. The event is conceived as a real business platform and a meeting point between supply and demand, aimed at celebrating the creativity and innovations that are redesigning the events and live communication industry, both on the local Italian market and worldwide.

As in previous years, nominees contesting for the renowned golden elephant awards will have the opportunity to showcase their projects live in front of a prestigious jury composed of top corporate event professionals plus senior representatives of national event agencies associations. A video tutorial explaining how to create a clear and well-presented entry submission able to impress the jury and granting more chances to win is available on Bea World Festival website.
For the Best Event Awards 2019 ADC Group has introduced four new categories (Brand Activation, Festival, Institutional Ceremony and Hybrid event), in order to adapt to the evolving world of live communication.
In the context of Bea World Festival, with the aim of rewarding the entire value chain of the events industry, the Best Location Awards will celebrate a fundamental ingredient for the success of an event, recognising the best event venues and the best destinations and convention bureaus of the world. Venues will be evaluated by senior representatives of event agencies worldwide according to their suitability for hosting different kinds of events, such as conventions, trade shows, product launches, etc.
