Aufsteirern Festival

The Aufsteirern Festival starts with the fashion-show “Pracht der Tracht” on Friday. In front of the town hall of Graz Styrian labels present the latest trends in typical Austrian fashion.

The second day of the Aufsteirern Festival, which is called “Volxmusik on Air”, is the day of music! Traditional Austrian music is combined with different styles of music… Enjoy inspiring, typical and modern rhythms and sounds from numerous Austrian groups at many squares in the city of Graz!

A variety of musicians and performers from all areas of Styria come to Graz to showcase their folk music and dances and to help making this festival fun and enjoyable for everybody. All guests are invited to join the folk groups on the various stages and dance floors!

The elite of the Styrian artists and craftsmen will present their local high-quality products and furthermore you will even have the opportunity to participate in these traditions.
