131 entries from around the world were submitted for the 2019 edition. The shortlist’s 45 cases were presented to the jury (Dessange International, Nissan Europe, Uber, Nespresso, RTL, Swift, PSA …) in Cannes. Winners and finalists included Manifestory China, GPJ UK, Atolye Grup Turkey, Atelier Ocubo, Up Partner and Desafio Global Portugal, JCP & Ekko Norway, StudioNOW & onliveline GmbH and 3c Creative Communication Concepts GmbH Germany, Simmetrico Italy, Woltti Group and Lataamo Group Finland, VO Event Belgium, Havas Engage Ukraine, Public Events Morocco, Beon Worlwide & Abile Corporate Events Spain.

Submissions will start in December 2019. The award ceremony of the 14th Heaven Awards on April 22, 2020, at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes will, as every year, be the final highlight of the fair Heavent Meetings.

Heavent Meetings organizes a Hosted Buyer program for event industry decision-makers (agencies, associations, and corporates) including flights to Nice, 3 nights in a top Cannes hotel, and lunch & dinner.

The exhibitors are event technology and production service providers, local and national event agencies, exceptional venues, hotels, destinations, convention centres, entertainment and decoration agencies, rental furniture, catering, event software & technology, tents & structures

Heavent Meetings is an event and MICE trade fair with targeted one2one meetings, business lunches and three networking evenings in extraordinary event locations. 2,500 visitors, including 500 Hosted Buyers (agencies and companies) are expected.
