The Expano pavilion, the door to Pomurje, is located by the exit of highway A5 (Ljubljana-Budapest corridor), a stone’s throw away from Murska Sobota. If you are already travelling around the villages and towns of Pomurje by bike or foot, you can follow the pedestrian and cycling paths to Expano or simply take the Sobočanec bus that stops just before the entrance to Expano.
Visitors can choose from many different activities – sporting, cultural, relaxation, or those that will entertain you late into the night. The lake is the result of human interference in the area, yet nowadays it blends perfectly with nature. This area has been inhabited by various animal species, which they care for without allowing our work to interfere with their habitat, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant co-existence.
