ECO-FRIENDLY DESTINATION

In 2020, Falkensteiner Punta Skala is positioning itself on the market as a unique sport and eco-friendly destination. The soon-to-open congress and sports centre Fortis club will have a multifunctional hall, featuring high-quality technical equipment and modern design. The Centre will also feature a professional fitness centre, bowling lanes, pools and e-gaming. An additional feature will be the sports market, which will offer the possibility of bike rental.

The spacious event hall, which will be able to accommodate up to 470 participants and will stretch across over 800 m2, is part of the new offer of the Fortis Club. The new congress and sports centre at Falkensteiner Punta Skala Resort is planned for June 2020. The incredible design will combine Mediterranean style and details from wood, large glass surfaces and a 500m2 terrace with views of the sea and the Velebit mountain range. The Fortis Club will be a brilliant addition to the existing ambient of the Punta Skala Resort.

Next to the outdoor sports centre, featuring tennis, football, basketball and volleyball courts, the new centre will also bring new life into the MICE business. The centre will be an ideal place for organising event, conferences or team-buildings.

With an outdoor sports centre with seven tennis courts and mini-golf, football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, two padel and two beach volleyball courts, the new centre brings a new dimension to the MICE business,” Georg Unterkircher, General Manager of the resort said.
