All live communication agencies worldwide can compete for the Heavent Awards 2020, taking place 22 April 2020 at the Palais des Festivals de Cannes. As a nominee at Heavent Awards agencies can showcase their work to international brand leaders from across the creative marketing industry, inspire clients and position their company.


It’s a great opportunity to remember their brilliant expertise and achievements and give the agency increased awareness in front of the corporate jury. Jury president this year is Jean-François Laforge, Group Communication Director Michelin. For all shortlisted events, 3 nights of accommodation in one of the top hotels in Cannes (20-23 April 2020) + ceremony/cocktail dinner/after party for the nominees (agency and client) are included in the submission fee.

The agencies can enter their best 2019 events to be recognized among the international event community, for the following nine categories: BtoC event award, BtoB event award, Internal communications event award, Exceptional event award, Sport/Cultural/Educational or Entertainment event award, Brand experience and multichannel award, Influencer and media relations event award, Forum/summit/congress/fair award and Incentive/travel/teambuilding award.

As every year, the special prizes Grand Prix of the Jury and International Grand Prix of the Jury are awarded. Winners and finalists for the 2019 edition included Manifestory China, GPJ UK, Atolye Grup Turkey, Atelier Ocubo, Up Partner and Desafio Global Portugal, JCP & Ekko Norway, StudioNOW & onliveline GmbH and 3c Creative Communication Concepts GmbH Germany, Simmetrico Italy, Woltti Group and Lataamo Group Finland, VO Event Belgium, Havas Engage Ukraine, Public Events Morocco, Beon Worldwide & Abile Corporate Events Spain.
