In 2019, top chef Urh Kapelar took over running the kitchen at the Pule Estate and has poured his soul into the culinary experience, taking it to the next level. At the Pule Restaurant, sublime food is served to create memorable gastronomic experiences. Chef Urh Kapelar is known for his singular style and his passion to perpetually seek the perfect flavour. He finds his inspiration in the local environment and will astound you with both his simplicity and sophistication, as well as his attention to detail. He utilises the natural features of the estate to his advantage and follows the concept of farm-to-table. Everything and anything you eat at the estate will be fresh and of the highest quality. With its classical and carefully considered ambience, the Pule Estate cellar stores a rich variety of wines from the world’s leading wine-growing regions, while the special place is given to the wines produced by Slovenia’s best wine producers.
The Pule Estate also offers accommodation and wellness services. On the borders of a forest, there are nine exclusive wooden chalets with suites bearing the names of the most prominent women in the Anderlič family tree. All the suites are superbly equipped. The natural materials selected and the unique designs used give each house a personal touch.
