The Villa Overlooks the medieval town of Motovun, offering spectacular views. Villa Sancta Maria is set in the middle of Istria, surrounded with palm trees, lemon trees, oleander and fragrant lavender bushes. The Villa is a unique fusion of the traditional elements (local stone, oak wood, antique furniture) and has been recently renovated. The villa also invites guests to wander through the peaceful countryside.

Istria is indeed a feast for the eyes. Its streams flow to the sea through deep valleys and gullies which bring to mind the ancient local myths about giants.
