You do not have to reinvent the wheel during this time

Just one month ago we were together at the Schlosshotel Mondsee talking about change and transformation in the liminal universe of Year Zero. Little did we know then that what was going to come immediately after the summit was a global crisis – a trigger and invitation for humanity to stop and reflect.

In these times, we hope that you remind yourself that the real journey of discovery is not about seeking new landscapes, but about seeing with new eyes, as Marcel Proust once said. You do not have to reinvent the wheel during this time, but rather dive within yourself and find your own authentic way to approach what is to come. Now it might feel that you are lost in the maze, but you are not alone. Together we have the mindset and tools to find the way. Today we want to invite you on a journey back to the day of the Experience Design Summit and share with you virtually some memories for inspiration.

Explore the Encyclopedia of Inexpressible Emotions which the participants co-created during the Emotional Painting Experience guided by Weronika Anna Marianna. You may empathize with many of those emotions during this time. One of our favourite picks is “goodbye happiness” – the joy of meeting someone you haven’t seen in a long time. We cannot wait to experience that after the confinement is over and we shall all meet again.

Remember some of the key takeaways of the Experience Design Summit by going through the live sketches designed by Robert Laszlo Kiss.
