The current situation is a challenge for everyone and presents us with an exceptional situation, which we must master together.
With a view to the future, we would like to do our part by making our usual HOFBURG Vienna professional level of service available to Vienna, the city of congresses and events, even after this difficult time. There will be a time after the current low, which our event industry had never faced before, and it goes without saying that the feeling of togetherness and shared commitment has never been stronger.
Due to the binding requirements for COVID-19, there are currently no events being held at HOFBURG Vienna. Our employees, who generally can be reached, are in contact with our customers. Events are largely being postponed, so there are alternative dates.
Even if the staterooms are currently waiting for the “time after”, Hofburg Vienna is pleased to inform that because of automated access, venue visits and room hoppings are still taking place as part of the virtual 360° tour. Guests are invited to carry out virtual tours with the know-how of our sales team, who are now using the time to optimally plan upcoming events and to launch new ideas.
