Situated on the same Pier of the Maritime Station, Warehouse (Magazzino) 42 is the new business offer of Trieste Terminal Passeggeri S.p.A. The fully renovated structure has two spacious halls for a total of about 2000 square meters and a large terrace with panoramic views over the Gulf of Triest. The spaces are ideal for fairs, gala dinners, concerts, conventions and all kinds of entertainment and cultural activities.

The property has approximately 300 parking spaces reserved for the participants (paying an extra fee). In addition, in front of the Maritime Station, there is a large, high-rotation pay and display parking. The halls can accommodate up to 1000 participants.
