-bigger space between participants: instead of 1,20 m2 per participant, we will now provide the set-up with 2,20 m2 per participant or 1,5 m distance between participants
-ozone disinfection of the meeting rooms before the meetings and during the breaks
-hand sanitizer available for participants
-new ways of food experience
-privatisation of the areas for the business groups
-action plans on how to act in case of COVID-19 case, including the isolated “emergency room”.
