The former Podvin Estate Stables has a long reputation of an excellent restaurant offering accommodation. The original connection with the buildings of the estate still exist and the owners are keen on preserving it by using a horse silhouette in their emblem. That also brings us to horseback riding, the activity of the royalty, which is possible at the Podvin Estate. The Podvin Estate linked up with local suppliers. Every first Saturday of the month the guests have the opportunity to taste their ingredients at the Podvin Farmers Market. Every November Taste Radol’ca offers special menus based on the use of local ingredients from local suppliers at a set price.

The a-la-carte restaurant is run by one of Slovenia’s best chefs – Uroš Štefelin. Uroš finds challenges in discovering forgotten local ingredients, getting to know them and creating new dishes in his own unique way. With modern techniques and creativity, he transforms traditional dishes into culinary delights of Slovene Nouvelle Cuisine. The restaurant is decorated with local Slovene souvenirs. Each telling a tale of its past and the wealth of Slovenian cultural heritage. The estate also offers wedding packages and can host outdoor events.
