The Latest Updates From EU Countries

Organising an event in the near future? Before deciding on a host destination, check out our updated list of event restrictions in EU countries. The list of restrictions includes the maximum number of participants at indoor and outdoor events, as well as the required safety distance between participants and space per participant in square meters.

The information was collected through the National Health Institutes and Convention Bureaus of individual countries in July 2020. Links for more information are provided below.

Event organisers must ensure that the maximum number of people that may need to be contacted does not exceed 300. This can be achieved by dividing the venue into sectors. Contact tracing must be possible at all times, an attendance list of participants, visitors and guests must be kept and retained for 14 days.
