Augustine, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Prague has launched a new modern brunch concept called Bubble & Chill. Guests can enjoy their leisure Sunday morning while tasting Chef’s delights and bottomless champagne Perrier-Jouët or Prosecco Superiore. Brunch takes place every Sunday from 11:30 AM till 3 PM in tranquil Sundial garden or Augustine restaurant if cold outside and offers to babysitting with kids’ corner.

To complement the wide buffet and a la carte selection guests may include a bottomless drink package – Champagne Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut for a total of CZK 2 450 or Casa Farive, Valdobbiadene, Prosecco Superiore for a total of CZK 1 450. Each brunch package includes unlimited consumption of food and non-alcoholic beverages, including a virgin Bloody Mary to start fresh after Saturday night, and seasonal smoothies for wellness. The whole family can enjoy making their own lemonades. Guests’ glasses will never be empty while kids are entertained in the supervised kids’ zone and DJ Jackson takes care of the good beats.

Augustine Restaurant

Augustine Restaurant is located in Mala Strana neighbourhood, just a few steps from Charles Bridge and below Prague Castle. The Executive Chef Martin Boháček believes in respecting local seasonal and sustainable products while staying true to the Czech heritage with a modern twist. To complement the taste guests can choose from a wide selection of local and international wines and champagne. During the summer month dining takes place in a tranquil monastery garden and Arcades. The restaurant together with the picturesque Refectory bar is part of Augustine, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Prague.

“Our vision is to let guests enjoy their Sunday morning to the fullest. We pamper them with delicious dishes and luxury drinks right in the middle of Prague Old Town. We prepare a wide buffet selection including delicacies such as oysters Fine De Claire or Paella with prawns and scallops while guests can also choose selected dishes made to order such as Eggs Benedicts or my speciality Glazed Wild Boar Ribs. I have designed the menu to complement the sparkling taste of luxury champagne and prosecco.“ Chef Martin Boháček describes the brunch and adds: “To hit the sweet spot, we offer crunchy waffles with forest fruit and mascarpone prepared in front of the guest or serve traditional buns filled with poppy seeds or plum jam from our bakery.“
