ORGANIC VINEYARD
Kairos vineyard is a family-owned organic vineyard hidden in the hills above the historic town of Trogir. It overlooks the entire central Dalmatian archipelago and the surrounding mountain range. This vineyard is truly unique and worth enough to be your vineyard ceremony choice. The owners organize private and corporate wine tasting tours. Guided wine tasting includes all three Kairos wines, a guided walking tour of the vineyard and a selection of local gourmet dishes.
Once you step into this magical place you will be hosted by friendly staff and served with organic Rose or powerful Zinfandel and canapes with local ingredients. On this very spot, you will have a ceremony in peace, full of colours, scents, history and stories. Kairos is an ancient Greek word that signifies an opportune moment in time. In 2007, one family together with their friends recognized this opportunity in wine. Inspired by the discovery that world-known Zinfandel is actually Dalmatian indigenous varietal-Crljenak, we wanted to be one of those people who brought Crljenak back home after almost a century of oblivion.
