The Hilton brand reacted quickly to the new normal brought about by the pandemic and came up with two initiatives: EventReady and CleanStay.
Designed to create event experiences that are clean, flexible, safe and socially responsible, Hilton EventReady with CleanStay provide solutions for every step of the event planning process, from redesigned event spaces and innovative technology resources to inspiring food and beverage with thoughtful presentations.
One example they have launched with their AV partner are their Hybrid Events. These offer the best of both worlds by bringing people together in one place while additional attendees can join remotely from their own location. Secure live-streaming, virtual breakout sessions and audience engagement and interactivity are just a few of the benefits. A more intimate option is the virtual cocktail masterclasses. Participants receive a box with ingredients and then virtually join a cocktail making lesson with an award-winning master bartender from the comfort of their homes.
A memorable way to engage with clients or colleagues. We recommend this format now as a kick-off event to start the year.
Peace of Mind
To make event planners and attendees even more secure about their safety when it comes to live events, Hilton offers rapid antigen COVID-19 testing on-site at both Hilton Prague properties. Results are ready within 15 minutes and all Hilton team members in contact with attendees are tested prior to the event.
These days, clean has a whole new meaning. After a guest room is cleaned, the housekeeping supervisor verifies that the room meets the CleanStay standards and places the Hilton CleanStay room seal over the door. This gives guests complete peace of mind that the room is ready for their stay.
Hilton is committed to protecting their guests’ wellbeing while using the public spaces through social distancing, increased scheduled cleaning of public spaces, and changes to amenities and services. All team members are obliged to wear face masks when in public areas.
They have also introduced designated locations and guidelines for contactless food delivery, made changes to hotel restaurant service including the spacing of tables and chairs, and for events, they serve most food as individual portions.
