Lorenzo was the forerunner of the Association’s international development, as he was the front line in the task force that met with the former ADME board in 2012 in his hometown of Milan, with the target of making the association one single global voice for DMC professionals.
Since then he has been an active member within the ADMEI community. Lorenzo brings a wealth of experience to the role of President through his 20+ years in the meetings and events industry, and over 10 years running his own group of DMCs.
“The DMC Network has always placed huge value on volunteerism within our industry, and ADMEI is an Association that we are very proud to be a part of. In fact, part of our requirement to be a member of the DMC Network is that your company holds an ADMEI accreditation,” commented Dan Tavrytzky, Managing Director of the DMC Network. “ADMEI is the global voice of the destination management industry and having a DMC Network partner taking this leadership role within ADMEI is a very proud moment for us. We are looking forward to supporting both Lorenzo and ADMEI throughout 2021.”
