Top tech events for 2021

With a new year, we have more room for optimism. So, let’s look ahead at some of the more exciting tech events coming to the Amsterdam region in 2021 – whether they are out to connect startups with potential investors, or to cover the latest developments around artificial intelligence.

Many of these events are still figuring out how to best navigate these uncertain times and find the balance between on- and offline options, so check their websites regularly for the latest updates. Some events spurred to Zoom up their game in 2020, will continue to actively reimagine their approach in order to find new, innovative ways to provide maximum value to their attendees – even if these attendees happen to be participating from the comfort of their own homes.

JSworld Conference
Frontend developers unite! This week-long conference brings together frontend JavaScript leaders from around the world. As the largest in the Netherlands, the event attracts 50,000+ attendees from over 50+ countries to listen to 100+ talks, panels and discussions related to hot topics such as Serverless, Unit Testing, Frameworks vs Boilerplate, Webpack and JS & IOT. Amsterdam Capital House
Guided by a desire to support burgeoning, early-stage and mature founders, Amsterdam Capital House (previously Amsterdam Capital Week) provides a valuable connection to funding. REVOLUTION Conference
Europe’s largest eMobility conference postponed its 2020 edition, but promises to be back in 2021 (though no date has yet been set). Last year was a still big year for organisers EVBox Group since they are evolving REVOLUTION into a multimedia eMobility brand, which will still involve an annual conference in Amsterdam. The big conference will be complemented throughout the year by additional digital events, community-building initiatives, podcast series and more. The initiatives are hotly anticipated as their two 2020 digital editions proved successful, bringing together over a thousand participants out to chart out the future of eMobility.

Self-Made Summit
