The Group has signed a management agreement with Estmak Capital for the very first extended stay hotel in the Baltic area. Thanks to the partnership between Accor and investment company Estmak Capital, the Novotel Living concept is coming to the Estonian capital, marking the first extended-stay hotel in the country and in the Baltic region as well. Located in the city centre, between the old town and port, the new facility will offer 124 rooms, co-working space, gym area and restaurant.

“Novotel Living provides guests with an elastic approach to hospitality, offering them extended stay as an answer to changes in traveller’s needs. The concept has been already introduced around the world and it is beginning to get more popular among other extended stay solutions on the market. We are already working on projects in Belgium or Romania, and thanks to the partnership with Estmak Capital, Novotel Living is coming to Estonia and Baltics as well. We are excited to give our guests coming to Estonia a new model of staying in the hotel, enriching their previous experiences,” says Katarzyna Sławińska, Development Executive Manager Accor Eastern Europe.

“It will be the first apartment hotel project of its kind in the Baltic States – Novotel Living by Accor. Travel concepts and reality are changing. Our aim is to provide people coming to Tallinn for business and work purposes, but also tourists and locals with the best accommodation they have ever dreamed of. It is essential that we provide our guests not only accommodation but multifunctional co-working space as well. We’ve chosen an outstanding location for that property – next to the Port of Tallinn, just a stone’s throw away from The Old Town of Tallinn and 15 min tram ride from the airport. Estonia with its heart in Tallinn still remains one of the hidden gems of Europe, but with each stay, travellers develop a very special bond with our country. That is why we see introducing innovative Novotel concept as an opportunity to strengthen the guests’ experience,” says Timofey Sukonkin, Estmak Capital owner.

Novotel Living is the Extended Stay Accor brand that has been developed to deliver on changing guests’ expectations in the area of real experiences, interactions, local aspects and well-being as a way of life. Thus the hotels offer solutions for longer stays from studios to 2-bedroom apartments with small social hubs open to locals and relaxed co-living spaces for residents, called Club Houses. The modularity of the areas and functional design are key to the brand’s philosophy, trying to make everyday moments matter.
