After announcing the first MGallery and ibis Styles hotels, Accor introduced another brand to Albanian Market, expanding the Group’s portfolio in the Balkan region. Mövenpick Hotel Lalez Durres will be the first opened upscale Accor property in Albania, and second announced after MGallery. Thanks to the agreement signed with Lura sh.p.k it will become the true milestone for the local hospitality market and a major development for the Albanian tourism industry.
The first Mövenpick in Albania, after rebranding, will be housed in the already existing newly built Aqua Hotel by Lura in the touristic area of Lalzi Bay, north of Durrës. The new hotel will offer its guest 80 upscale, spacious and sophisticated rooms, an outstanding restaurant and bar. There will be also a SPA area with massage, steam and salt rooms. Guests will be able to use the fitness centre and two pools, both indoor and outdoor.

The owner and investor of prime Mövenpick is Lura sh.p.k, an Albanian construction company with many designed and implemented residential, commercial and institutional projects.
