TALLINN’S PREMIER CREATIVE CENTRE
Tallinn Creative Hub makes its home in an old, brick building that served as the Tallinn City Central Power Station from 1913 to 1979. Since the completion of renovations in autumn 2015, the complex has been available for hosting a variety of large events and activities. This creative centre occupies a prized, seaside location in the heart of Tallinn, between the passenger port and medieval Old Town. The central location also means the Tallinn Creative Hub is within walking distance of major hotels.
INSPIRING PROMINENT FIGURES WORLDWIDE
The Creative Hub is one of the most unique creative and event spaces in Northern Europe. The industrial interior of the complex has inspired legendary filmmaker Andrei Tarkovski, wowed German Chancellor Angela Merkel and enchanted hundreds of other prominent figures. Approximately 300 events take place at the Creative Hub every year which are attended by 200,000+ people.
The Creative Hub is also home to advertising, digital and other creative agencies, creative industry development centres and a restaurant. The space at the Creative Hub designed to foster the creative industry was completed with a support structure grant awarded by Enterprise Estonia. The urban space designed for public use at the Creative Hub was completed with a neighbourhood development grant awarded by Enterprise Estonia.
