BWH Hotel Group Central Europe will be participating in this year’s Conventa 2021 in Ljubljana for the fifth time. The hotel group will be presenting its three brand families Best Western Hotels & Resorts, WorldHotels Collection and SureStay Hotel Group at the booth to selected hosted buyers. From August 24 to 27, 2021 Conventa, the region’s largest MICE trade fair, makes its debut as a hybrid event.
The team of BWH Hotel Group Central Europe, who have become firmly established as exhibitors at the trade fair over the past few years, will be attending the fair in person, while most of the meetings with the invited international contacts will also be held face to face. The BWH team will present a variety of offers from the more than 200 convention and business hotels of BWH Hotel Group Central Europe. Highlights include various offers of the group which were carefully adapted to the altered meeting and event market as hybrid options, new technology partners as well as the MICE Guide. The 2021 MICE Guide is published in an interactive, digital format for the first time. It offers meeting and event planners a comprehensive overview of BWH’s wide-ranging portfolio as well as secure, state-of-the-art meeting formats in the “new normal”. Across the region, the group headquartered in Eschborn, Germany, and Vienna, Austria, oversees properties in ten European countries.

Conventa in Ljubljana was established in 2007 and since then, has developed into a leading MICE fair in the “New Europe” region. This year and due to Covid-19, the fair could not be held in January as usual but was moved to August – now taking place as a hybrid event for the first time. As every year, Conventa 2021 is exclusively open to selected international contacts from 16 different countries, who are carefully selected and invited by the organizers in advance.
