The word Kogo is a dialect term for a chef. The restaurant, and of course, its chef, have combined the tradition, dialect and rusticity of Istria with trendy, modern cuisine. That is reflected in upgraded homemade recipes and imaginatively served dishes created by a young team from the local environment. The added value of the story is the diverse selection of the best wines from the Vinakoper cellar.
