The go-ahead to resume from October 1st

Finland’s last restrictions on events will end at the end of September and business events are given a go-ahead to resume from October 1st.

As of October 1st, all restrictions on events will be lifted. However, the general hygiene requirements still apply to ensure the health and safety of customers and participants. In addition, restaurant operations are restricted regionally by government decree.

General hygiene requirements:

– customers have access to wash their hands and/or hand sanitiser is made available
– customers are provided with sufficient instructions on how to maintain adequate distance, wash hands and other similar practices that prevent the spread of the infection
– the cleaning of facilities and surfaces is intensified
– adequate social distancing measures are considered in space planning and catering services.
