As well as being renowned as a top leisure destination, Bath has ideal facilities for conferencing with access into the city via Bristol Airport or by train, where delegates travelling on GWR services are eligible for discounted rail fares.
Meet Bristol & Bath, the Convention Bureau for the region supported the bid for the conference and have worked alongside the Head of Event Organisation at The European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ESCMID) to support with destination advice, venue and accommodation booking and connections with local suppliers.
