The takeover of the new hotel will see Aminess expand its business to Makarska, ensuring 200 new workplaces. Having acquired its first five-star hotel in its portfolio, Aminess can now accommodate up to 13,000 guests a day in its extensive hotel portfolio.

With a magnificent view of the sea and islands, Aminess Khalani Beach Hotel touches the hedonistic offer of Dalmatia. It will offer 299 modern rooms, family rooms and suites that will feature a balcony overlooking the sea, and some a whirlpool. It is located on the Adriatic coast, near Makarska, and will boast three outdoor pools, a wellness and SPA centre covering 1,600 m2. The hotel will also include an indoor pool and gym. In addition, the hotel will have three restaurants, a lobby bar, three pool bars and a rooftop bar and three congress halls.

In the past two years, Aminess has expanded its business to the island of Krk and southern Dalmatia, specifically Korčula and Orebič. Under the Aminess brand hotels and camps, there are currently 13 hotels, 4 camps with more than 450 mobile homes, 92 apartments and a village of 80 villas, with a total capacity of 5,149 accommodation units.
