The Arena Hospitality Group invested an estimated 32 million euros into the renovation of the hotel, one of the largest investments in Croatian tourism in recent years. Hotel Brioni, which will be called the Grand Brioni Hotel from March, is synonymous with grand events that have taken place here for decades. The new management aims to attract wealthy clientele from Europe, Russia and especially the United States.
“The newly renovated hotel will employ between 200 and 300 employees, and we have already started recruiting our workforce. We are looking forward to the end of our project, and with it, we have preserved and raised the architecture of this hotel, which is truly special,” said the President of the Board of AHG, Rally Slonim.
Special emphasis will be given to gastronomy, and one of the restaurants will serve exclusive steaks of protected Istrian boškarin cattle. The congress halls will bear the names of the islets of the Brijuni archipelago. Undoubtedly, the new addition will become the most luxurious hotel in Pula.
