Exclusive guided tours of the private art collection of the Prince of Liechtenstein offer guests the chance to acquaint themselves with a tradition of collecting that spans more than 400 years. The stunning symbiosis of nature, architecture and masterpieces of art history as well as extraordinary event concepts convey an impression of aristocratic life. The City Palace is held to be the first major building of the High Baroque age in Vienna. The magnificent ensemble of Baroque stucco ceilings, opulent neo-Rococo interiors and original furnishings complemented by Michael Thonet’s fine parquet flooring form a harmonious whole.
