Celebrating its 10th edition this year, the show will be a hotbed of innovation for meetings and events professionals, giving visitors the chance to meet with hundreds of exhibitors from around the world, attend inspiring and thought-provoking education sessions and network with industry peers.
This year’s show will feature a broad spectrum of exhibitors – both established supporters and newcomers – from across the meetings and events sector and the world, including destinations, destination management companies, hotels, conference centres, venues, and technology suppliers.
Exhibitors returning in 2022 include VisitScotland, Hard Rock Hotels, Melia, Liverpool Convention Bureau and QEII Conference Centre, while newcomers to the show include hotel groups Barcelo, Great Hotels of the World and Dalata Hotel Group and destinations Greek National Tourism and Zimbabwe. An inspiring content programme will provide hours of educational sessions for those hungry to learn and adapt as we move forward from what has been a transitional period for the industry.
Dynamic and informative sessions will focus on the latest trends and topics and cover burning issues including sustainability, building and fostering communities, events of the future – metaverse and IRL, sexual harassment, creating open-door policies to encourage mental health support, and aligning meetings and events to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) objectives.
