The CIM-Sitges Malvasia Interpretation Center houses the contents of the Sitges Malvasia museum and this grape variety’s urban vineyard. The centre offers activities for groups related to Sitges’ history and DNA, so guests can take a guided tour around Sitges called “A Scent of Must” with the leitmotiv of wine in Sitges and end the visit at the CIM with a tasting in its urban vineyards.
