The quietest rally in the world
The quietest rally in the world was held again from 5 to 11 June in Croatia. The event marked the 9th edition of the international Nikola Tesla EV Rally Croatia 2022. Commencing in Istria and continuing through Kvarner and Šibenik, the event concluded in Zadar.
Seven days of driving on panoramic roads on the 850 km long route through amazing landscapes and national parks rendered the driving experience unmatched in the region. Referred to as the “Green electric highway”, the route offers charging stations set in the most spectacular locations throughout the way.
The event is the only rally globally that leaves infrastructure for e-vehicles behind. This year, the organisers erected two more charging stations on the route.
The luxury, innovative and unique e-tour combines e-mobility, ecology and green tech that offers its participants the best of Croatian cultural heritage, natural beauty and gastronomic experience.
The rally attracts international participants each year. The majority of them come from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Slovenia. Supported by the Croatian Tourist Board, it is a great opportunity for branding Croatia as an “e-mobility friendly” destination through this unique tour.
