From the medieval heritage of Tallinn’s Old Town to its ultramodern architecture, Estonia’s capital offers a wide range of unique event venues that will impress even the most demanding meeting planners and participants.

Tallinn Creative Hub

Tallinn Creative Hub is a fantastic example of early-20th-century industrial architecture which served as part of the city’s central power plant from 1913 to 1979. It’s name in Estonian translates to ‘Culture Cauldron’ in reference to the former boiler room that now makes up the largest meeting space of the 600-person venue.

A pair of giant, steam boilers is the prominent feature of the Cauldron Hall, a high-ceilinged room that offers 700 m² of space for seminars, concerts, galas, exhibitions and the like. At 504 m², the slightly smaller Black Box can accommodate more than 600 seated guests, depending on the arrangement. In total, 17 meeting & event rooms are available for rent. With its city-centre location, the Tallinn Creative Hub is within walking distance of major hotels.

Seaplane Harbour

The historic hangars of the Seaplane Harbour house Tallinn’s modern maritime museum. The museum was opened in May 2012 and displays in excess of 200 large exhibits. A treasure chest of marine history, the Seaplane Harbour is a spectacular setting in which to host an unforgettable and most definitely unique event. From receptions for up to 1,500 people to gala dinners seating approximately 700, the Seaplane Harbour offers a versatile venue for any event.

Alexela Concert Hall

Alexela Concert Hall is located in Solaris Centre  a multifunctional entertainment and culture centre in the heart of Tallinn, just a short stroll from the city’s best hotels, the stunning Old Town and most essential sights. Alexela Concert Hall’s Grand Hall seats 1829 guests on three levels. Alexela Concert Hall’s 3300 m2 of multifunctional foyers, which are distributed throughout five floors, are ready to meet the most exquisite and demanding needs and to impress any delegate. All foyers are equipped to offer catering services to hold receptions and banquets and are also suitable for exhibitions and presentations.

In addition to the Grand Hall, Alexela Concert Hall has the capacity to offer cinema rooms as additional halls in total of 9. All cinema rooms vary in sizes and serve as a fully functional convention and presentation rooms that are all connected to Alexela Concert Hall through third floor.

Tallinn Cruise Terminal

Tallinn Cruise Terminal and its surroundings can be used to organize various events, conferences, receptions, exhibitions, concerts and more. The Main Hall is located on the ground floor and can fit up to 2000 guests in an area of 1750 m². From one side, large windows open out offering guests wonderful views of the waterfront and cruise ships. This large hall can further be divided into three smaller rooms with sound proofed walls;  with sizes of 997 m², 290 m², and 437 m² respectively.

The new cruise terminal, completed in July 2021, is the most contemporary in the region, designed with the environment and sustainability in mind. The terminal is powered by solar panels which have been adapted to the Nordic climate and heated and cooled by marine energy through a heat pump.

PROTO Invention Factory

PROTO INVENTION FACTORY offers event space that is perfect for groups looking for a memorable backdrop. Its largest space, the Nobel Hall, can accommodate up to 800 guests for  receptions, 400 guests for galas and 550 delegates for conferences, while the 220-seat Pantera Hall is better suited to conferences and smaller gatherings. The Invention Factory itself with its steam-punk ambience can be booked for corporate events.

Fotografiska Tallinn

Located in the trendy Hipster district of Telliskivi creative centre, Tallin, lies Fotografiska Tallinn, a satellite gallery of Stockholm’s renowned Fotografiska photography museum,  It is a crossroads of world-class art, food and entertainment with event spaces, a music club, a bar, a café, a gift shop and a zero-waste restaurant with fantastic views. The event hall on the ground floor seats up to 260 guests theatre style, offering an ideal interior and layout for seminars, meetings, stand up receptions, concerts, theatre performances and movie nights in a bright and open room. The cafe and courtyard can be used for receptions, offering additional space.

Club of Different Rooms

Located in Telliskivi, Tallinn, the Club of Different Rooms can host private and corporate events from conferences, seminars and cultural events, assisted by the high level of technical capabilities and team’s experience. The Main Hall seats up to 90 comfortably on coaches, 150 theatre style, and 250 on portable conference chairs. The small hall can host 75 and has a well-stocked bar. The club room, suited for smaller events sits 25 and the actors room seats 10. Catering can be ordered, while a bar stands on site.

Tallinn Airport Meeting Rooms

Tallinn airport has a variety of meeting and conference rooms. The VIP Complex has 3 meeting rooms: “Zeppelin” – the largest, fitting up to 40 persons, offering a beautiful view of the airfield,  the “Forest” room has a beautiful view of the airport and the planes, and presentation room “Lake” which is perfect for smaller events. Additionally the Airport History Center can be used, with a total area of 92m2 including a bar. The room seats 35 in total. All rooms can be arranged as necessary and for accessibility parking is available.

House of the Brotherhood of Black Heads

This truly unique Estonian venue is a centuries-old guild hall, boasting some of the most stunning architecture in Tallinn’s Old Town. In Medieval times the building was home to one of Tallinn´s wealthiest merchant guilds. Today, the House of the Brotherhood of Black Heads is the only surviving Renaissance building in Tallinn, offering 7 different rooms, available for hire. The versatile White Hall, with its 3 walk-through salons, can host a maximum of 400 people. From the festive High-Gothic architecture of St. Olaf Hall to the functionality of the Fraternity Hall, the House of Black Heads offers a range of unique rooms to suit any conference event organiser.

Estonia Concert Hall

This beautiful, neoclassical symphony house, the Estonia Concert Hall in the centre of Tallinn is the city’s largest multi-purpose concert hall. Offering approximately 500m² of floor space, this stunning venue can easily be transformed to suit a variety of events. From conferences to concerts, this esteemed conference venue hosts a range of international events, attended by as many as 993 delegates.

Tallinn’s Song Festival Grounds is a place of pivotal importance in Estonian culture. Not only did it play centre stage to the nation´s 1980s independence movement, but it’s also home to the National Song Festival. The National Song Festival is held every five years and people from all over the country gather to listen to a choir of more than 30,000 singers. The newly renovated rooms in its Song Arch frequently holds conference events and concerts, with a capacity to host up to 1,000 people. The unique venue´s layout makes it ideal for combining entertainment with educational or professional events and the stunning 42m Light Tower boasts a magnificent view of the bay and beyond.

Kadriorg Palace

Built for Catherine 1 of Russia by Peter the Great, this stunning palace offers a totally unique event venue. Inspired by Italian villas, the building stands as one of the finest examples of Baroque architecture in Northern Europe. The Kadriorg Palace currently plays host to the Estonian Art Museum’s foreign art collection and provides the perfect venue for concerts and small theatre performances. In addition, this unforgettable venue hosts festive receptions for up to 200 guests, with caterers clad in historic, 18th Century costumes.

Kumu is home to the Art Museum of Estonia. An impressive exhibition venue, the cutting edge Kumu was voted European Museum of the Year in 2008. TV Tower

The Teachers’ House of Tallinn

The Teachers’ House is located in the heart of Tallinn Old Town, right on Town Hall Square.  Its blend of modern technological solutions and unique historical interior makes it a perfect venue for a successful event. It has rooms suitable for conferences, gala dinners, smaller seminars and receptions and technical equipment is included. There are a total of 9 meeting rooms, the largest hosting up to 180 delegates.

Tallinn Town Hall

Built in 1404, right next to the marketplace in the heart of the city, Tallinn’s Town Hall has witnessed over 700 years of the city´s trade and social activity. It remains the most important representational building in the city and is the only surviving Gothic-style town hall in Northern Europe. As the city government´s ceremonial building, the Town Hall is used for official receptions and concerts.
