A conference organised annually in Club CD
On 23 November 2022, Cankarjev dom will host the 11th strategic conference Value of Innovation. The event is organised by the Forum of International Research and Development Pharmaceutical Companies, EIG (FarmaForum).
Twenty-one innovative pharmaceutical companies, members of the FarmaForum, have a joint mission this year – #WeWontRest in developing innovative medicinal products, vaccines and therapies that play a crucial role in the management of diseases and improving the quality of life of patients around the world.
The conference is organised annually in Club CD, a venue imbued with special energy. Views from the 5th floor of Ljubljana castle on one side and Rožnik Hill on the other create a pleasant and cosy atmosphere for participants.
While the 10th conference was devoted to digitalisation in healthcare systems, this year’s conference is titled: »Treatment outcomes at the heart of the system«. It will focus on value-based healthcare. Foreign and domestic experts will look at how the gap between the need for high-quality treatment, on the one hand, and available resources, on the other, can be filled. The focus will be put on the concept of value-based medical treatment, which puts the patient and their health at the forefront.
FarmaForum operates as a non-government, non-profit, non-political and independent economic interest group that acts as a trustworthy partner in the field of medicines, health, and healthcare in Slovenian society. As the representative of the innovative pharmaceutical industry, FarmaForum is a recognised and reliable partner in society’s efforts towards finding the best solutions in healthcare.
