Fresh inspiration, new hotels and locations as well as virtual insights into the meeting offers of BWH Hotel Group Central Europe: The MICE Guide 2023 has been published just in time for the start of the annual planning. Online and bilingual, the e-catalogue bundles all of the group’s meeting hotels in Central Europe – with clear navigation and is sorted alphabetically by location. Newly represented are hotels and meeting destinations in all directions, for example in Germany: Anklam near Usedom island in the Baltic Sea, Hilden near Dusseldorf, and Fellbach in the Stuttgart region; in Switzerland, it is Neuchâtel, in Slovenia, it is the country’s capital, Ljubljana. In total, the MICE Guide 2023 presents the meeting offers of more than 200 hotels of the BWH Hotel Group Central Europe in ten European countries.

Whether in presence or hybrid: For the detailed planning of their event, customers can find important information in the BWH MICE Guide 2023 such as room overviews, details on digital technology as well as images of meeting rooms and public areas quickly and clearly by listing at a glance as well as with the presentation of the respective location. A brand-new feature in the e-catalogue is the 360-degree tours of many BWH conference hotels: this allows event planners to get an idea in advance, visualize the options on-site and use them to help them make their decision. Location Check: First Insights via 360-Degree Tour
A new feature in the MICE Guide 2023 of BWH Hotel Group Central Europe are the virtual 360-degree tours: without being on site themselves, customers can already start a virtual tour in many conference hotels from the e-catalogue and get an impression of the hotel. “In this way, event planners can check in advance whether the premises are suitable for their event and the whole thing becomes imaginable – this often helps with the decision,” says Christensen.

Intensive planning and a lead time for the inquiry and booking process for events are the norms – but today more than ever, speed and flexibility are once again in demand for event organization.
