The Best Western Premier Hotel Slon announced a special cooperation with renowned Michelin Star Chef Ana Roš: For the next three months, the pop-up bistro Ana in Slon welcomes guests at the four-star-hotel in the city centre of Ljubljana. With this, the world-famous chef brings her award-winning signature cooking philosophy to the capital, making it accessible to even more people.

Ana Roš, who is ranked among the best nine chefs in the world and is the only one in Slovenia to boast a two-starred Michelin restaurant, will open her first pop-up bistro called Ana in Slon, translating as Ana and Slon, at Best Western Premier Hotel Slon in the heart of the Slovenian capital. For the next three months, the world-famous chef will enrich the culinary scene with her fresh signature cooking philosophy which is based on distinct flavours, seasonal local ingredients, and superb preparation.

“I am looking forward to launching Ana in Slon which is my super funky upcoming pop-up restaurant in the heart of Ljubljana. The charm of the most welcoming hotel in the city and my philosophy of cooking is like rock and roll. We will present our guests great ingredients, great flavours, intense flavours, a relaxed environment, great music and a food playlist,” says chef Ana Roš.

The first chef ever in the country’s history to receive two Michelin Star

“I am very much looking forward to welcoming Ana and her exquisite understanding of fine cuisine, her deep knowledge of cooking and produce here at our hotel in the heart of Ljubljana,” says Gregor Jamnik, General Manager of Best Western Premier Hotel Slon Ljubljana. “We are more than proud to be partnering with Ana and being able to launch her first-ever pop-up restaurant Ana in Slon at our hotel. With Ana in Slon, the award-winning chef will introduce a more relaxed concept, perfectly suited for a snack, lunch or dinner. Tables will not be available for reservation and will exclusively be open from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner.
