The European Association of Research Managers and Administrators (EARMA) Conference will be held in Prague at the end of April.

C-IN is supporting the organization of the event at the Prague Congress Centre (PCC). C-IN will arrange the Conference of the European Association of Research Managers and Administrators (EARMA) from the 24th to the 26th of April at the Prague Congress Centre (PCC).

“EARMA is dedicated to the concept of widening and the Czech Republic was the perfect place to connect with members of our community from parts of Europe that may not normally have the opportunity to attend our events. Prague has great transport links, excellent hospitality, and is truly one of the most beautiful cities in the world,” said EARMA´s Managing Director, Nik Claesen. C-IN is expecting more than 1200 participants. “The theme is Widening and Deepening of the RMA Profession. It covers both geographic widenings, the inclusion of European countries with emerging research and innovation systems, as well as professional widening. The concept of deepening relates to the professional development of research managers and administrators in Europe and beyond,“ commented EARMA´s Managing Director, Nik Claesen.

Since C-IN is based in Prague, it is one of many advantages of organizing such an event for them. “C-IN is working as EARMA’s local destination management company, managing all local services connected to theEARMA 2023 Congress. This includes managing the social events, hotels, tours, and key suppliers providing catering, audiovisual, and exhibition services to the Prague Congress Centre,” comments C-IN´s project manager Rowen Slocombe.

The preparations are going well and will be further boosted by the final site inspection. “Having previously worked with C-IN on the EARMA Digital Conference in 2021, we would say that they are complete professionals. The team is capable, creative, and personable and they are able to find quick solutions whenever inevitable issues occur. C-IN’s ICT, visual presentation, and client relationship management skills are remarkable and should be recommended. We hope to continue consulting with them in the future,” evaluates the C-IN´s work Nik Claesen. He also adds that the C-IN team has two decades of experience in managing international events and has been able to advise our Association on how to successfully deliver a quality conference in Prague. This knowledge, paired with EARMA’s experience in hosting European conferences, makes C-IN a reliable and valued partner. The early bird registration will be open until the 17th of February.

C-IN is a Czech firm, which organizes congresses, conferences, and meetings all around the world for more than 20 years. They have done over 1000 projects for subjects from the medical, academic, and corporate to government sectors. C-IN profiles as the professional organizer of the event especially for long-term cooperation – the so-called Core Professional Congress Organiser (PCO) regardless of the size or location of the given event.
