One of the most impressive venues for concerts and events has recently opened in Slovenia. The Vista Park Velenje entices visitors to climb up to an attractive viewing platform, which boasts views across Lake Velenje. The venue has become a hotspot for large gatherings with a spectacular background.

Events with spectacular views

There is always an event on the large or small stage of Vista Park. The entire complex was designed to host a variety of mass or small events. With its one-off and instantly recognisable design, the venue gives events a new dimension, as the facility is open to both land and water. Whether meeting planners wish to organise a concert, cultural event, social, educational or festival events, Vista Park always delivers. The Vista platform provides stunning views of Velenje Lake and its surroundings.

The entire Vista park complex comprises more than 46,000 m² enabling events with up to 30,000 visitors. The stage area is one of the largest in Slovenia, offering cutting-edge technical support for large and demanding events.

The architectural design of the space with a viewing platform was inspired by the mysterious image of the Pozoj Dragon. Legend has it that in ancient times the dragon resided in Lake Velenje. Lake Velenje has a history of more than two and a half million years, which goes back to the marshy valleys with lush forests.

Jump into Lake Velenje

Velenje Beach is the best starting point for strolls, cycling, and horse riding around the lakes. Visitors can also swim in the waterpark or try stand-up paddling.

Vista Park’s surroundings invite guests to stroll on the walking paths among the islands of greens, home to over 11,000 newly planted trees and shrubs. The platform is designed for cyclists, skateboarders, and adventure-seekers.

The Vista Bar is a perfect relaxation spot by Lake Velenje, where guests can enjoy a cup of premium coffee or a refreshing cocktail. The sunsets are a true delight for even the most demanding visitors.
