From anthropology to carbon-negative breweries
Other keynote speakers include Anastasia Gramatchikova, delving into how companies can cultivate an innovation culture that is people-centred, purpose-driven, and future-focused. Bringing a unique outlook on sustainability from a brewers’ perspective, Adrian Klie will discuss how BrewDog became the world’s first carbon-negative brewery and why business transformations create happiness. Klaus Friedrich Meier will shed light on fulfilling clients’ needs in the most effective way. To round off the sustainability discussions, Dan Podjed, a famed Slovenian anthropologist, will discuss the cultural aspects of waste, while Stefan Hric will delve into Odpadnesh, his company that upscales products from leftover materials.
In the morning, attendees will have the chance to hear success stories from Baltic Tigers. The Baltic region is known for producing memorable, out-of-the-box events, and six speakers will showcase exactly that. The Baltic Tigers joining Conventa Crossover will be Mary Kirillova from BEIC, Aurimas Kamantauskas from Rekurai, Janne Björge from Ystra, Juho Hiidenmaa from ME Studio, Marcus Van Der Håkonsen from Appetite Production, and Lehari Kauster from Miltton Events, Baltics&Nordics.

That is why Crossover Legends will bring their best jokes and tips to the Crossover Future Lab. This year, the audience will learn the ropes from Maarten Schram, Miro Antić, Ivo J. Franschitz, Jordan Waid, Janos Fazakas, Jose Garcia-Aguarod and Kim Myhre.
The organisers of Conventa Crossover know you cannot make an omelette without breaking a few eggs. That is why they decided to make the F*!#ups at events segment, where speakers will speak about how they learned from their past mistakes to create unforgettable, trendsetting events. Kathrin Schmidt from Fifteen Seconds Festival, Ivan Petrović from Exit Festival, Dragan Perendija from Sporto and Boris Kovaček from Weekend Media Festival will admit to errors they have made throughout their careers.
A new edition of Ljubljana Talks
Concluding the rich programme of Conventa Crossover will be CEE and SEE Lions, who will present best-case practices from the region. The speakers will be Ivo J. Franschitz from ENITED, Manuela Šola from Komunikacijski laboratorij, Miro Antić from M2Communications, Norbert Pycha from Event Arena and Janos Fazakas from Visual Europe.
