Adina Serviced Apartments Vienna features 131 rooms

Australian hospitality chain TFE Hotels last week, unveiled the Adina Serviced Apartments Vienna, featuring 131 rooms. This new venture follows their earlier foray into Vienna with the Adina Apartment Hotel Vienna Belvedere launched in 2021. They’re also planning to open another 108-room facility in the DANUBEFLATS, Austria’s highest upcoming residential building, next year.

The new Vienna facility, offering roomy apartments complete with kitchenettes, modern co-working spaces, a gym, and DGNB Platinum certification for sustainability, carries forward the Adina brand’s successful global impact. This success is evident from their effective expansions into Singapore, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, and Australia within the last one and a half years. Furthermore, this hotel is among seven new Adina openings in Europe since the start of 2021, with more in the planning stage.

TFE Hotels’ CEO, Antony Ritch, emphasized that all Adina locations provide Australian-style hospitality and expansive apartments that feel like a second home. He mentioned that the serviced apartments function slightly differently from regular Adina Hotels, with guests benefitting from large, self-contained apartments and on-demand services, replacing usual hotel amenities like in-house restaurants.

On track to provide a comprehensive range of hotel options in Vienna

He highlighted that serviced apartments and apartment hotels account for approximately 7% of Vienna’s hotel inventory, making it an enticing investment option worldwide. This makes the Adina Serviced Apartment model a crucial aspect of their portfolio and essential for their ongoing European expansion.

Ritch affirmed that TFE was on track to provide a comprehensive range of hotel options in Vienna, with the anticipated opening of the Danubeflats property in 2024. He asserted that the apartment hotel model attracts both business and leisure travellers, adding to its investment appeal. Their global development team is currently investigating potential ventures across the Pacific, Europe, and Asia.
