The Club CD served as the ideal setting for live presentations, and the inspiring ambience of the terrace, interconnected with the hall, prompted lively discussions about some of Europe’s finest events. As a nod to Conventa Crossover’s sustainability efforts, Cankarjev dom proudly enabled guests to taste Cankarjev dom’s honey produced on its rooftop terrace.
The jury was divided into trios, who evaluated the finalists and selected the winners in individual categories. Thanks to the engagement prompted by Juraj Holub, attendees could interact with the panellists and network with the leading creative minds in the meetings industry.
Best European projects in Club CD
A record-breaking 37 events from 14 countries presented their best project with the aim of winning the prized awards in four main categories: B2B, B2C, B2E and Crossover category. This year’s special categories include the best event agency, best event in corporate social responsibility, best online event, best hybrid event, best sustainable event and most creative event.
On Tuesday, 29 August 2023, the winners in all categories will be announced at Ljubljana Castle in Hribar Hall. The expert jury selected the finalists based on strict evaluation criteria. The three-stage evaluation follows a unique 80/20 model (the expert jury contributes 80% of the votes, while the audience at Conventa Crossover contributes 20%).
Conventa Crossover is organised by Toleranca marketing and Conventa trade show in cooperation with Ljubljana Tourism, the Slovenian Tourist Board and the Slovenian Convention Bureau.
