Gran Meliá Dubai Jumeirah will be the country’s first hotel of this brand, representing a milestone in its growing international expansion and scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2025. This new project is the result of the excellent and fruitful collaboration between Meliá Hotels International and Albwardy Investment LLC, the group that owns the hotel and with which Meliá Hotels International already manages 7 other properties including the Gran Meliá Arusha, Meliá Zanzibar, Meliá Collection Serengeti Lodge and the recent Meliá Collection Ngorongoro Lodge, all in Tanzania, in addition to the Gran Meliá Iguazu in Argentina, the Meliá Collection London Kensington in the United Kingdom, and the Meliá Collection Desert Palm, also in Dubai. Moreover, Meliá and the Albwardy Group are also preparing a future opening in Seychelles, among others.
