The venue is set amidst a beautiful green park, a protected monument of park architecture dating to 1860. It is located near the castle of the venerable Leitner family, built in 1910 in the late Baroque and Classicist style.

Six spectacular venues exude prestige and invite event organisers to host the most demanding events. The venues include the Garden Hall, the Tree Hall, the SKY Venue, the Small Talks Room, the VIP Lounge and the Powder Room. KAS Event & Club Centre can host everything from corporate events, business conferences, and sporting events to cultural events and workshops. The maximum capacity of the venue is 300 guests.
